I need to know what his Con is first. Well, actually I don't really need to know.

If he had a Con 10 is average hp would be

10 (1st level) + 5hp/level = 45hp (average)

He's sitting at 46 without any Con bonuses, so he's fine.

And you shouldn't worry about the dice gods; I overrule them!

What? Are you kidding? His final stats I put together are still somewhat better than Stoutheart's. And I dare anyone to call Stoutheart anything but legendary.

However, since they are high level characters, how about we say that PIRIVAN gained knowledge from a Tome of Leadership and influence (+2 inherent to Cha) and Manual of Bodily Health (+2 inherent to Con) without having to dig into my starting funds for him? I'll work with the rest.
