Here is a compilation of all the rulebooks supported for our gaming sessions:

Core Stuff:
Book of Exalted Deeds (3.5)
Complete Adventurer (3.5)
Complete Arcane (3.5)
Complete Champion (3.5)
Complete Divine (3.5)
Complete Mage (3.5)
Complete Psionic (3.5)
Complete Scoundrel (3.5)
Complete Warrior (3.5)
Defenders of the Faith (3.0)
Dungeon Master's Guide (3.5) (Prestige Classes)
Epic Levels Handbook (3.0)
Expanded Psionics Handbook (3.5)
Magic Item Compendium (3.5)
Magic of Incarnum (3.5)
Masters of the Wild (3.0)
Player's Handbook II (3.5) (none of that retraining crap, however)
Spell Compendium (3.5)
Song and Silence (3.0)
Sword and Fist (3.0)
Tome and Blood (3.0)
Tome of Battle (3.5)
Tome of Magic (3.5)

Supplementary:
Draconomicon (3.0) (prestige classes, feats, magic)
Dragon Magic (3.5) (can make really intriguing characters in league with dragons)
Libris Mortis (3.5) (prestige classes, feats, magic . . . possibly most of it is geared toward villains, but not all)
Lords of Madness (3.5) (prestige classes, feats, magic)
Manual of the Planes (3.0) (prestige classes, possible spells)
Planar Handbook (3.5) (No spikers, mephlings, or wildrens)
Races of Destiny (3.5) (Skulks are not playable)
Races of the Dragon (3.5)
Races of Stone (3.5) (need to rework the Stonechild)
Races of the Wild (3.5)
Savage Species (3.0) (some magic, some feats, prestige classes (monster geared))
Weapons of Legacy (3.5)

Important Note:
Due to my extensive library any 3.5 reference to a similar spell, prestige class, feat or magic item is considered canon (in most cases). For example: a Shifter from Masters of the Wild is replaced by the Master of Forms. Any spell from a 3.0 source should be referenced with the 3.5 Spell Compendium to make certain it has not been reworked.

Rules are open for discussion and will be reworked on a case by case basis and final rules will be recorded in the Rule Tweaking Topic.
