ROUND THREE: GHORENFORE's Results

Val, it's important that I know that you understand your own turning results. I should not have to look them up.

Turn Undead Results should be recorded as this:

Turning Check = 15
GHORENFORE can turn undead with up to 5HD (4th level cleric +1)

Turning Damage = 15
GHORENFORE can turn a maximum amount of 15 total HD. Any undead with 2HD or less are destroyed (half cleric level).

Also, remember that a turning does so in a 60-FOOT radius. You need to designate where the turning is centered. This can usually be any corner of your character's 5-FOOT square (for default I use the lower left corner). However, given that you are mounted, the center for your turning should be right in the center of your 10 by 10 square (which is what I used).

UE-2, UE-3, and UE-11 stand down from the combat stance and look to the south for a retreat.

10 FEET north of PA'CHEEN an humanoid somersaults out a tree, landing on its feet. The creature is undead with a right foot twisted impossibly: FAWN's murderer. Instead of staying to fight, it runs north.

UE-11 makes a run south, away from GHORENFORE. Instead running around the pond, UE-11 leaps into it and disappears into the water.

UE-12 steps back 10 FEET from HLIN and fires its bow again.

ROUND FOUR: PA'CHEEN

PA'CHEEN moves to relieve HLIN. He makes a flanking attack on UE-4 with his bite. PA'CHEEN rips into UE-4's hip. His canines sink deep into the undead elf's flesh. PA'CHEEN lifts up his head, flipping UE-4 into the air, slamming UE-4 on its back. PA'CHEEN releases his opponent, who is now prone.

HLIN's first swing cuts into UE-4's chest. Her second swing is clumsy and UE-4 deflects the blow with its flailing shield.

H-1/BH-1 charges PA'CHEEN, passing right around UE-6. H-1's lance is leveled at PA'CHEEN's head. H-1 makes contact with PA'CHEEN's head. PA'CHEEN's head lurches forward, but the lance bends in response to the strike. What should have been a ghastly, mortal wound is nothing more than a scratch on the back of the lupinal's head. PA'CHEEN is annoyed, H-1 is amazed.

He launches to purple bolts from his wand. The bolts hit, knocking H-4 to the ground as its hip is shattered.

MARILYN groans.
"When you're done playing, HLIN and PA'CHEEN could use some help."
MARILYN, with a battle cry that is also a laugh, rushes into the camp.
